Question 1

Which areas do you service?

Accepted Answer

The entire Sunshine Coast — Noosa, Caloundra, Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and surrounding suburbs. Travel beyond 40km from the coast may attract a small fee, confirmed in your quote.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

At least 2 weeks' notice, and 4-6 weeks for peak summer weekends and weddings.

Question 3

Do you supply the alcohol?

Accepted Answer

Packages cover your signature cocktail menu. Bottled drinks and cans are available on request; we advise on quantities and BYO arrangements to suit your event.

Question 4

What do you need on the day?

Accepted Answer

Just a flat space for the bar and access to the setup area. The bar, tools, ice, glassware and everything else arrives with the bartender.

Question 5

Is it really just one bartender?

Accepted Answer

Yes — every package is delivered personally by one experienced bartender. Guest counts and timings are scaled to match.

Question 6

How is pricing calculated?

Accepted Answer

Pricing scales with your guest count with a minimum booking floor equivalent to 20 guests per package. Use the live Quote Calculator on the site for an instant estimate.
